Week #32

I just got home from my weigh in and I am happy to report that it went a lot better than last week's weigh in!!!

I lost 2.8 lbs this week!!! Praise God!!! That's over half of what I gained last week so I am thrilled!!!

I have to admit that I was very nervous about the weigh in this morning. I had a good week and I knew that I had lost, but after last week...!!!

I will be going to the Y this week and I am really excited about it! I am hoping that all the working out I'm planning on doing doesn't "add" to the scales next weekend, but even if it does I know that eventually everything will even out. :-)

Congrats on the weight loss! If you ever watch Biggest Loser or read any of their books, they say that by developing lean muscle you actually will burn a higher percentage of calories even when not exercising. So keep up with the Y!
